Pierre, 27, joined NSA a year ago as a junior associate. His responsibilities include updating the accounts, drawing up VAT returns, balance sheets and tax returns for a variety of clients in sectors such as the restaurant, hotel and construction industries. He particularly enjoys the variety of tasks and the team atmosphere. Motivated by the positive feedback from a colleague and looking for a human-sized structure after working in a larger firm, he joined NSA. An induction seminar helped him to get to know his colleagues better, strengthening team cohesion.

Pierre stresses the importance of mutual support as a major strength of the firm, where more experienced staff are always ready to help. It also highlights the support offered by the partners and other associates in preparing for the chartered accountancy diploma. For all these reasons, he wants to stay, develop and pass on his experience to the new junior staff at NSA.
